It is prohibited to use the association’s services for any illegal purposes or activities that violate Islamic law and values.

All content published by the association, including texts, images, and videos, is protected by intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to copy or republish the content without written permission from the association.

3. Privacy and Data Protection
The association is committed to protecting the beneficiaries’ data and will not use it except for purposes related to the services provided.
Any data sharing with external entities will be done in accordance with applicable laws and after obtaining the user’s consent.

4. Subscription to Programs and Courses
The association has the right to modify or cancel any program or training course with prior notice to the beneficiaries.
The association is responsible for organizing the programs in accordance with the specified terms, but it does not bear any responsibility for the personal outcomes of participation.

The association is not responsible for any damages arising from the misuse of services or negligence by the beneficiaries.
The beneficiary is obligated to act in accordance with the laws and regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6.Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The association reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the changes will take effect as soon as the update is published.
